CARBON TREES

Lots of trees planted - The Council arranged sponsorship for Carbon Emission control measures. This means getting funding to plant trees in agreed locations. Luckily one site is the bank alongside Roedean Road, and over a thousand trees were planted here by some contractors. We were very jealous of their super power drill which made the required holes - still we were told it does shake you hands and arms a bit, so perhaps there is a lot to be said for our more manual technique.
